I am a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Neurospin, working on Deep Learning methods for reconstruction of functional MRI images.

Currently I am working on:

• Variational Reconstruction Method for functional MRI, testing everything with SNAKE
• Non-Cartesian MRI, maintaining and developing MRI-NUFFT
• Patch-based denoising methods patch-denoising
• Preprocessing of fMRI data
• All of this mostly using, Python, (Doom)Emacs and Arch^btw
