What I do
20 years working at the intersection of product, engineering, and knowledge management. I've been part of startups from day one, served as CTO, led complex technical products, and built developer experience and knowledge management systems.
I teach, speak at conferences, and organize tech communities. Known for championing #NoMeetings, helping distributed teams rethink collaboration beyond default rituals.
Currently exploring: How organizations can design AI strategies rooted in values, not hype. How we can build sustainable work cultures in tech. How product thinking applies to documentation and knowledge systems.
