I'm Braydon đź‘‹
I build small, high-trust systems where regulated work can move faster. Right now that means running Light Forge Works, leading business operations at Synthyra, and mentoring founders who are trying to wire AI into their companies without melting down their teams.
What I'm focused on
- Light Forge Works – A micro-app studio for finance, healthcare, and compliance teams. Think SalesForge→DraftForge pipelines, multi-SaaS glue (Attio, Clay, SendGrid), and tmux/tailscale rigs so Claude/Codex stay close to live data.
- Synthyra & Aclara – At Synthyra I run ops for a proteome-scale discovery platform (92% accuracy, 4,000× faster screens, DSM annotation for thin genomes, cross-species tox for regulatory submissions). Earlier at Aclara we turned antimicrobial PPE fabrics into US 11,975,221 and scaled the supply chain so clinicians actually got better gear.
- Mentoring loops – Weekly working sessions with early-stage teams to pressure-test GTM, design AI workflows, and leave them with operating rhythms that work without me in the room.
How I work
- Environment-first: I stage repos, briefs, and guardrails so models show up as senior collaborators instead of vending machines.
- Visible loops: I narrate every pass, invite counter-arguments, and keep token budgets working like real resources.
- Information logistics: The goal is leverage—shrinking friction, aligning with strategy, and freeing headspace for the next hard question.
Things I've built
RVIBE → Intempio → Aclara → LightForge → Resilience Creative. Different industries, same pattern: connect the weird mix of people, data, and creative constraints until the work ships.
