• Architect and ship enterprise conversational assistants with BPNs in Groovy, API integrations, intent verification, and domain configs across Dev/UAT/Prod.
• Build CI/CD workflows + Git/Jenkins for safe export/import/diff and review gates.
• Design secure embed patterns: CSP/iframe wrappers, app integrations, SSO/session handling.
• Create API wrappers with retries/timeouts, structured errors, and Postman/Insomnia test harnesses.
• Contribute to open source (see below) and publish sanitized patterns so other teams can move faster.
