I live in the midwestern portion of the United States with my wife and two daughters.

I have contributed odds and ends to several open-source projects over the years: Diamond, Logster, Semgrep, Kubetools, mwclient, k0s, Mozilla AskNot, etc

I have made significant contributions to numerous open-source projects in service of the Wikimedia Foundation and the free-knowledge movement across security, infrastructure, and reporting.

The Wikimedia Foundation does not use Github as their authoritative respository source.

As of 2024, they use Gerrit and Phabricator's Diffusion.
